Welcome to DivineLite Testing Agency (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or using our 24-hour mobile DNA and drug testing services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

We provide mobile DNA and drug testing services, including but not limited to:

• Court-admissible DNA testing (e.g., paternity, siblingship, immigration)
   
• Non-legal DNA testing for peace of mind
   
• Urine, saliva, and hair drug screenings
   
• DOT and non-DOT compliant testing
   
• On-site collections at homes, hospitals, job sites, etc.
   

• Appointments may be scheduled 24/7 based on availability.
   
• Same-day or emergency testing is subject to additional fees.
   
• Clients must provide at least 4 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid a cancellation fee.
   
• Missed appointments may incur a non-refundable charge.
   

• All services must be paid in full prior to or at the time of collection.
   
• Payments are accepted via cash, credit/debit card, Zelle, or approved payment platforms.
   
• Once a sample is collected and submitted, no refunds will be issued.
   
• Refunds will not be granted for inconclusive results or if the client does not follow collection protocols.
   

• Clients must provide valid, government-issued photo ID at the time of collection.
   
• For minors under 18, a parent or legal guardian must be present and provide written consent.
   
• By using our services, you consent to the collection, testing, and release of your results to authorized parties.
   

• Turnaround times vary by test type but are typically:
   
  • DNA results: 2–5 business days
     
  • Drug test results: Same-day to 3 business days
     
• Results will be delivered via secure email or mailed to approved recipients.
   
• We are not responsible for delays caused by lab processing or insufficient samples.
   

• All test information is confidential and handled according to HIPAA and industry privacy standards.
   
• Test results will only be released to individuals authorized during intake.
   

• DivineLite Testing Agency is not a laboratory. We operate as a third-party sample collection agency.
   
• We are not liable for any legal outcomes or decisions made based on the results provided.
   
• Our responsibility ends once samples are properly collected and submitted to the lab.
   

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who:

• Displays inappropriate or threatening behavior
   
• Attempts to falsify or tamper with the testing process
   
• Fails to comply with safety and identification protocols
   

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
